What is your return/exchange policy?

Amy Faircloth Designs offers free returns and exchanges on every order! We will accept returns/exchanges on packages postmarked no later than 14 days after the date on which your order was received. For your convenience, we include a free prepaid return label in every shipment. If you request an exchange for an item(s) with a greater value than your original purchase, our customer service team will contact you to collect any additional payment.

All returned merchandise must be received by Amy Faircloth Designs in its original condition, not having been worn, with the original packaging and dust bag and any additional attachments. Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged, defective or was processed incorrectly. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered defective. In the event that we have processed your order incorrectly, please e-mail info@amyfaircloth.com with your order number and claim. Shipping will not be refunded for carrier mistakes. 

To request a return or exchange, please e-mail info@amyfaircloth.com with your order number and claim. Upon approval from a member of our team, complete the backside of a return/exchange card and include it in the shipment. 

We will send you an e-mail notification when your return is received and approved by Amy Faircloth. If you are approved for a return/exchange, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. 

When will my order arrive? 

Shipping Method
All of our bags are shipped through UPS. We offer three convenient shipping methods for online orders: ground shipping (2-5 days excluding Sunday), 2nd Day Air (2 business days), and Next Day Air (1 business day). Please note that Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days for expedited shipments. Any order placed after 3pm CST on any standard business day will not be shipped until the following business day. Any order placed after 3pm CST on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

What if my purchase is damaged?

Repairs

All purchases made on AmyFairclothDesigns.com include a manufacturing defect warranty valid up to a year after the purchase date. We will cover the full cost of the repair as well as the cost of shipping.

We do not offer repairs on damages resulting from normal wear and tear. If general wear and tear has affected the handbag’s original condition, we suggest contacting a reputable leather care professional for suggestions on restoration.

 

If your repair meets these guidelines, please email info@amyfaircloth.com with a repair request and photos of the damage. If the repair is approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to use to ship the bag to us. Once repaired, we will ship the item back to the address originally provided. Please allow 3-5 weeks for a repair to be returned.
